Why did I become a wedding officiant?

The simplest answer is… I love love.

I used to dream about it—what it would feel like, how it would change my life. I’ve chased love, and I’ve run from it. I’ve fallen in love, and I’ve fallen out of it.

And through every version of it, I’ve learned something important: no matter how those stories ended, I wouldn’t change a thing—because experiencing love is what this life is all about.

Everyone deserves love. Everyone is worthy of love.

Now, I’m married—and this love is the most powerful I’ve ever known. It makes me stronger. It makes me better. And simply put, it makes me happy.

I love love. I’ll say it again and again.

That’s why I became a wedding officiant.

I wanted to stand in the middle of something real—to witness the love stories people are writing, and to be a part of that moment where everything begins.

To be the one who helps make it official—who stamps the cover of their story so they can go on and write their greatest adventures together.

I’m so proud to have taken this step in my life. And now, my only wish is to be part of as many beautiful love stories as I can.

Because love is powerful. Celebrating it is an honour. And being trusted to legalize it… that’s something truly special.
